For your convenience, all appointments are booked in advance to minimise the amount of time you may have to wait - just give us a call and one of our receptionists will arrange a consultation at a time that suits you.

If you do arrive unannounced we will see you as soon as we can but unless it's an emergency we will give priority to those people with an appointment.


When dealing with ill animals the occasional delay is unavoidable so please bear with us if you are ever asked to wait.

We will do our best to respond to your email enquiry with 24 hours Monday  - Friday. The emails are not checked out of office hours or at the weekend. If your message is regarding an urgent matter or requesting an update on a patient in hospital please telephone our reception on 0113 2525818.

However if you feel unhappy about the service or care provided, please try to resolve by speaking to our staff directly at the time.
